Connie Chen is a Vice President at EA RESIG LLC, where she specializes in private equity and real estate investment fund accounting. With nearly a decade of experience, she oversees financial reporting, fund administration, and operational processes for clients across the private equity sector.

Connie works closely with fund managers and investors to ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial statements, capital activity, and performance reporting. Her experience spans a wide range of fund structures, and she is skilled in implementing efficient accounting procedures that support both compliance and investor confidence.

Before joining EA RESIG, Connie held accounting and fund administration roles at a leading global custodian and investment services firm and a large fund administration firm, where she developed a strong foundation in managing complex investment portfolios and client service operations.
