Iris Crosse

Iris Crosse is a Vice President and member of EA RESIG LLC, with nearly 20 years of experience. Iris specializes in private equity fund administration, real estate private equity funds, REITs, and audit services and serves both public and private clients.

Iris manages the accounting and administration of various real estate private equity funds, co-investments, and joint ventures. Her expertise in the financial services industry allows her to offer her clients the best possible service.

Prior to joining the firm, Iris was an Assistant Vice President at the accounting firm Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP (IK) and their real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group LLC (RESIG), where she primarily focused on fund administration services.

Iris also served as a Senior Associate at a Fortune 500 company and a private real estate investment firm. In this role, her key responsibilities included fund accounting services for private equity and real estate funds.

Iris began her career as a Staff at a midsized accounting firm, responsible for audits, reviews, compilations, and tax filings for various private businesses.
