Sami Qureshi

Sami Qureshi is a Vice President in the firm and a member of EA RESIG LLC. Sami has more than 15 years of experience in managing full-cycle financial reporting of various private equity funds (co-invest, secondary, and real estate). In addition, he has worked extensively in multi-tier funds with blocker entities, hypothetical and distribution waterfalls.

Before joining the firm, Sami worked at various large to mid-size private equity and fund administration firms. In his last role, he was the Director of Client Engagement, managing funds over $15 Billion AUA (Assets Under Administration).
