George Protonentis

George Protonentis is a Senior Manager and Vice President with EA RESIG, bringing more than 20 years of experience in fund administration and financial services. He specializes in supporting real estate and private equity funds through comprehensive fund administration services and financial reporting oversight.

George prepares and reviews fund administration deliverables for real estate funds and private equity investment vehicles, working closely with clients to ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency in reporting. He regularly collaborates with client teams and internal professionals to address operational and reporting requirements while maintaining strong communication across stakeholders. In addition to overseeing administration processes, he facilitates regular meetings with clients and staff to review financial activity, discuss key updates, and coordinate engagement priorities.

Prior to joining EA RESIG, George worked at a large financial institution where he served as a Supervisor in the Fund Administration group, supporting private equity clients with fund administration and reporting responsibilities.
