Mark Roszkowski

Mark Roszkowski is a Vice President in EA RESIG LLC and has 15 years of experience in the industry. Mark provides a range of advisory services to clients in the real estate and financial services industries. 

Mark primarily advises real estate investment trusts (REITs), including equity REITs (eREITs) and mortgage-backed security REITs (mREITs). He has also worked with publicly traded and SEC-regulated entities, financial services institutions, real estate companies, private equity firms, and hedge funds. His responsibilities include onboarding, due diligence, valuation, IPOs, acquisitions, dispositions, net asset value analysis, debt offerings, and derivatives for clients. 

Previously, Mark was the Executive Director/Vice President at a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management firm, where he provided firmwide global SEC reporting, management, and analytics services. Mark began his career at a prominent Big 4 accounting firm. He also held the position of Vice President of Finance and Financial Reporting at one of the largest publicly traded REITs in the country. 

Furthermore, Mark is a thought leader and an avid speaker. He frequently delivers insightful presentations on accounting and financial reporting topics like VIEs and ASC 842.
