William Lo

William Lo is a Vice President and a member of EA RESIG LLC. With nearly 15 years of experience, William specializes in Financial Reporting / Fund Administration.

William is responsible for administering funds for private equity real estate clients. His duties include financial reporting, calculating and analyzing NAVs, managing contributions and distributions, and allocating management fees. A key aspect of his role is developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. 

Prior to joining the firm, William was a Senior Manager at a leading meal-kit delivery company. In this role, William was in charge of financial reporting and worked closely with various teams, such as inventory, procurement, shipping, real estate, legal, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and human resources (HR) for accounting purposes. He regularly analyzed the financial performance each month, reported the findings to the global headquarters, comparing actual figures against the budget, identified key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluated the company's overall performance.
