Zhi Man Huang

Zhi Huang is a Senior Vice President and member of EA RESIG LLC, with more than 15 years of experience. He is responsible for the back-office services for real estate private equity funds. His experience covers review of financial statements, waterfall schedules, capital calls, distribution, and preferred return calculations.

Zhi is the liaison between management and external auditors. He routinely works on funds that have master-feeder structures and structures that include real estate investment trusts (REITs) and blocker entities.

Prior to joining the firm, Zhi was an Assistant Vice President at the accounting firm Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP (IK) and their real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group LLC (RESIG), where he primarily focused on fund administration services.
Zhi also served as a Controller for a real estate investment firm and led the financial operations function for the firm. Zhi ensured the firm’s compliance with loan covenants, lease terms, REIT rules, and local and state reporting requirements as well as accounting, audit, tax, and reporting services.
